Frequently asked questions
How do I make the booking?
To reserve an apartment we require a non-refundable deposit to be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The amount is usually 30% but this may vary. The balance is paid on arrival in cash. If you do not wish to carry cash whilst travelling you can draw cash at any of the ATMs in town. It is advisable to speak to your bank before booking and paying the balance instructing them that you be making transactions abroad.
Are the prices per apartment or per person?
In most cases, the price per night is for the apartment, not per person. In some cases, especially when the apartment has a sofa bed, there may be a supplement for its use.
Are there any other hidden charges?
The only charge is a one off booking fee of 25€ as the price per night includes everything concerning the apartment e.g. cleaning, provision of bed linen and towels. If you are arriving out of office hours then you may have to pay a Meet and Greet fee. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for any costs.
The recently introduced tourist tax is 45c/night per person over 16 years of age and applicable for up to 7 days.
Will the apartment be cleaned during my stay?
This depends on the length of your stay. The apartments are cleaned weekly. So if your stay is for 14 days then one clean and linen change is included in the price. Should you wish to have more frequent cleaning, and/or a change of laundry this can be arranged at an additional charge. Please refer to Maid Service.
Who gives us the keys?
It is very important that you read the Confirmation of your reservation sent when you make your reservation as it will give you details of your greeter, their mobile number and where to meet. Please call or text your greeter when leaving the airport or 30 minutes from arriving in Sitges.
